Rockstar released Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look, roughly 27 minutes of footage captured in game on PlayStation 5. It went to Netflix first at 3pm ET, then to Rockstar's YouTube channel and the official Grand Theft Auto VI site at 9pm ET the same day, free and with no subscription needed. It is the longest look at the game so far. The release date is unchanged at 19 November 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S. Source ↗

In its first quarter fiscal 2027 results, Take-Two reiterated its full year Net Bookings outlook of $8.0 to $8.2 billion and pointed to the November 19 launch of Grand Theft Auto VI as a reason for it. Net Bookings for the quarter were $1.39 billion.
