Everything we have got wrong and fixed, most recent first. We keep this page because a tracker that quietly edits its own mistakes is not one you can rely on. Our editorial policy explains the sourcing rules these corrections come out of.
Stadium events did not mention day gating
Our San Andreas checklist listed the location of the four Stadium Events but not the fact that they only run on certain in-game days. A player on Reddit said the Dirt Track event had stumped them for exactly that reason.
All four entries now carry the note. We deliberately did not add a specific weekday schedule: we could not verify one from a source we trust, and a wrong schedule is worse than none.
Cheat pages carried the wrong game's questions
A template copy-paste left GTA V's frequently asked questions embedded as structured data on the Vice City, San Andreas and Red Dead 2 cheat pages. Search engines were being handed answers about the wrong game.
Removed from all three, and the duplicate set on the GTA V page was cleaned up.
Radio Espantoso was missing ten tracks
Our radio tracklist parser broke on entries with a parenthetical between the song title and the artist, silently reducing Radio Espantoso from 14 tracks to 4. The station page understated its own tracklist.
Parser fixed and the full 14 tracks restored. All 33 stations were re-checked against the source.
Duplicate markers on the collectible map
An audit of the Red Dead 2 map found near-duplicate markers inflating some collectible counts. Dinosaur bones showed 31 where there are 30.
Duplicates removed and the affected counts corrected.
Map calibration was wrong
The San Andreas interactive map used an incorrect world extent, so plotted markers sat slightly off from their real in-game positions.
Calibration corrected and every marker re-verified against the corrected extent.
